Uncomplicated and friendly. Clean rooms, facilities completely sufficient. The oldest house in Halle has flair and charm and is very centrally located (1-2 minutes to the main market). Almost all sights and beautiful spots are within walking distance. Despite rooms facing the street and open windows, neither the tram nor the church bells disturbed. This unique background noise contributes positively to the charm of the Pension am Alter Markt. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for an inexpensive overnight stay in Halle and only need a bed to sleep in, this is the place for you! Small room, with shower and toilet. Landlord very nice, communication is excellent, even on arrival, reachable by phone. Everything very clean :)

The room including the bathroom was very shabby, there were stains on the ceiling in the bathroom, the joints in the shower room were partly black or yellowish, the power cord was cut off from the fridge and was in the middle of the room, at night the room was bright due to the street lighting and the All night you could hear the tram not recommending the conclusion, or you would like to be cheap and put up with a lot, but you have to say positive, very friendly owner / employee

Very nice reception, The pension is centrally located, only a few meters to the market square. Even the passing trams we did not find disturbing. If you book a very centrally located accommodation, then you should also with the environmental noise such as tram, car or noise by people arrange, because the owner of the pension can not prevent this. The breakfast was very good and rich. Anyway, the pension is in the oldest house of Halle / S. We recommend. We will be back.

I booked through booking. The rating is 8.2 and the sentence: Very clean rooms. I have rarely seen something like that come down. Tight and twisted. Our room smelled of smoke. The bathroom urgently needs to be overhauled. Actually, the whole house. The water did not drain in the shower and sink. The faucet is totally calcified and the shower began to sing a while using it. Between toilet bowl and wall, there is no room for 30 cm. The hair dryer is life-threatening, the cable is poorly mended with electrical tape. The worst part is no smoke detectors throughout the house. No emergency lighting. In the room no escape and rescue plan, also in the entire house. I should not have checked in here. But unfortunately my money was already deducted from the credit card. But fortunately there was a Bible in the nightstand. But look at the pictures.

A historic house right in the center of Halle, the room was clean. The advantage of the accommodation is in any case the very central location, the disadvantage is that the tram runs right in front of the house and through the plaster laid there, the vibrations throughout the house are felt (even the rooms to the courtyard). You can also hear the water in the downpipes from the upper rooms. According to the price a solid accommodation.

The pension, about a hundred meters from the market square, has exceeded our expectations very pleasant. The room for two people - with a large terrace - on the first floor cost 60, - € per night and the excellent breakfast 6, - € per person. The building was built in 1471. Next door, the 'Golden Castle', was built about half a century earlier and is Halle's oldest house.

Super central. 50 meters to the market square. I had a room on the upper floor, which was nicely decorated and clean. Freezing temperatures outside, but the room quickly got cozy and warm. Bathroom also clean and warm. There was also a fridge with a minibar ;-) The breakfast was great - the personable owner was always available for a chat and immediately handed over food. TOP!!!

The pension is in the middle of the city and the tram goes through the street, but with the windows closed (rooms have air conditioning) you hardly hear anything about it. The parking problem can also be solved. We were there as fitters for 4 days. Breakfast and service is ok. The rooms are spacious and clean. If we are back in the area as a fitter, I will definitely take the pension again. Best regards
